1.Cancellation will not be done.
2.Generator will be operated only at night time.
3.Check-in time is 12 Noon and check-out time is strictly 11 AM. (If check-out is done after 11 AM, one more day’s stay will be charged.)
4.Senior persons above 60 & handicapped persons may be provided ground floor rooms, subject to availability.
5.No toiletries will be provided.
6.Tea, Coffee, Milk, Cold Drinks, Water, etc. shall be provided at trust cost. (For details, contact the counter.)
7.Parking is not available within the premises; however, a pay-and-park facility is available nearby
8.Any damage caused to the property will be fined accordingly.
9.Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a "couple" if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
10.Pets are not allowed.
11.Please provide your GST details at check-in to get your GST invoice at departure.
12.The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities.
13.Government-issued identity proof is mandatory for customers staying in the room. In case of a foreign national, a valid passport, visa, and contact details are required to submit to the Foreign Registrar Office as per government policy.
14.Special requests are subject to the hotel’s availability, may be chargeable, and cannot be guaranteed.
15.Only one extra person is allowed per room
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, NEFT/RTGS Bank Transfers, UPI and Cash for payment.
Full payment (Room Rate + Tax) for the entire stay will be collected at time of check-in.
All guests are required to settle all pending charges upon check-out.

Certain plans are non-refundable. Please check carefully when booking your reservations. No exceptions can be made for non-refundable bookings.
100% refund will be made on all cancellations received 24 hours prior to check-in time and date. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of check-in will incur 100% cancellation charges.
Refunds will be processed after receiving approval from our management.Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 weeks. Once approved, the hotel will release the full/partial payment you made.
